Are you a manufacturer?
We are a sourcing and export partner working with selected manufacturing partners. We coordinate product selection, customization, packaging, production follow-up and export communication.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our current minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. However, for export trade, small quantities are often not cost-effective for sea or air freight. If you are willing to accept the actual shipping costs for a smaller quantity, we can accept orders starting from 1 piece. Customized products have a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Samples can be arranged so you can review the product, finish, color and packaging before placing a larger order.
What can be customized?
We primarily support custom salt lamps and aromatherapy ornaments. We can discuss shapes, sizes, weights, bases, electrical fittings, packaging, gift sets and private-label details.
How long does customization take?
The customization period for salt lamps is 2 to 3 months. The customization period for aromatherapy ornaments is 1 week to 1 month. These periods exclude delivery time and refer only to customization and production.
Can you customize packaging?
We can discuss retail boxes, labels, inserts, gift sets and other packaging requirements with our manufacturing partners.
Which plug types and voltages are available?
Available options depend on the destination market. We will confirm the appropriate plug, voltage and certification requirements with you on WhatsApp.
How do you manage quality?
We coordinate product specifications and production follow-up with selected manufacturing partners. Quality requirements are confirmed before production and discussed again before shipment.
